Dr. Fouad is a clinician at the Egyptian Diabetic Foot Center, The Greek Hospital, and Kasr al Aini University Hospital in Egypt. She holds a special interest in leg wounds, pressure injury, and postsurgical wounds. Although she holds her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is a Certified Wound Specialist, she is currently pursuing podiatry training directed from the United Kingdown to deepen her involvement in working with lower extremity wounds.

She shares her passion for advancing wound care in her region, including enhancing available diploma and certification pathways for interested clinicians. She has contributed to WoundCon and Wound to the Wise previously, and brings her leadership and innovation to the wound care community.
