Mode of Use/Application

Ensure the wound and surrounding skin are clean and dry before MediClear™ PostOp Absorb application. Select a dressing where the foam pad overlaps the wound edge by either 1cm-2cm or a minimum of 1cm. Open the packaging and remove the dressing. Hold the flap of the top colored liner and peel off. Place the exposed adhesive on the skin and smooth the dressing over the skin. Avoid stretching when applying over joints. Hold the flap of the remaining colored liner and peel off. Smooth the dressing over the skin toward the edges.

Removal & Change Frequency

Starting from the pre-cut line, peel off in a circular motion and smooth the dressing toward the edges to ensure good adhesion.
MediClear™ PostOp Absorb should optimally be worn 24 hours a day for up to 7 days, and should be changed as necessary or if the dressing becomes loose, soiled, or compromised in any way.
